A straightforward website can usually be built and launched within a week if your wording, photographs and business information are ready. If you need a domain, Haymaker can arrange that as part of the setup. We confirm the expected timescale before work starts, so “within a week” is not an automatic guarantee for every project.

The first month after publication is included. From the second month, Haymaker Managed Hosting is £19.99/month. It covers hosting, SSL, deployment and routine technical upkeep, but not routine content changes.

Haymaker Care is £39.99/month. It includes Managed Hosting plus up to two small website amendments each month. Unused amendments do not roll over, and larger changes such as new pages, redesigns, forms or functionality are quoted separately.

Examples would be changing opening hours, replacing a photograph, correcting wording, updating a price or adding a short notice. New pages, redesigns, new forms or new functionality are not small amendments.

No. Once all project fees are paid, you can request a backup of the delivered website files and reasonable transfer information if you want to host the site elsewhere.

Essential and Business include one consolidated revision round. Business Plus includes two. Major redesigns, extra pages or functionality outside the agreed scope may cost extra, but we confirm that before doing chargeable work.

Potentially, but those are outside the fixed-price packages. Online shops, customer logins, complex booking systems, custom databases and substantial bespoke software need a separate quote.

For accepted projects, the normal structure is 50% before work begins and 50% after final approval and before public launch, unless the written quote says otherwise.

No. If you already own a domain, Haymaker can connect it. If you do not have one, you can buy it yourself or choose optional Domain Setup for £29.99 plus the registration cost. For a straightforward website, yes. You provide the business information, photos and any material you already have. Haymaker can help shape or write the website wording, arrange the domain if needed, build the site, connect it, launch it and then manage the technical hosting if you choose Managed Hosting or Haymaker Care.

No. Where technical access is needed, Haymaker prefers delegated, collaborator or authorised-user access. You should not hand over account passwords.
