Service terms

The exact scope, price and payment details for each project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Website packages

Essential — £249: one scrolling business website with the agreed standard sections.
Business — £399: up to five standard pages, including a dedicated Contact Us page with a structured enquiry form.
Business Plus — £599: up to eight standard pages plus up to three agreed standard feature modules.
Essential and Business include one consolidated revision round. Business Plus includes two.
Payment is normally 50% before work begins and 50% after final approval and before public launch, unless the accepted quote says otherwise.

Standard feature modules

Examples include a gallery or portfolio, testimonials, FAQ, booking-link integration, downloadable menus or price lists, mailing-list signup, maps or service-area sections. The accepted quote identifies which features are included.

Work outside the fixed-price packages

Online shops, customer accounts, custom databases, complex booking systems, substantial bespoke software, large content-heavy sites, major redesigns and other new functionality are outside the fixed-price packages unless specifically quoted.

Domains and account access

If the customer already owns a domain, it remains the customer’s domain and Haymaker will normally use delegated, collaborator or authorised-user access rather than asking for passwords.

If the customer asks Haymaker to arrange a new domain, the optional Domain Setup service is £29.99 plus the actual domain registration cost unless the written quote says otherwise. Haymaker will confirm the proposed domain and registration cost before purchase. Domain availability and registrar pricing can change until registration is completed.

A domain arranged by Haymaker is purchased for the customer’s business, not as a Haymaker asset or as leverage to retain the customer. Haymaker will provide reasonable transfer or account-control information so the customer can take direct control, subject to any registrar or registry transfer restrictions that apply at the time. Ongoing registration and renewal charges remain the customer’s responsibility unless specifically included in writing.

Where technical access is needed, customers should not send passwords, card details or account recovery codes through Haymaker forms or ordinary email.

Website files

After all project payments have been received, the customer can request a backup of the delivered website files. Customer-supplied branding, photographs and content remain the customer's material. Haymaker retains its reusable templates, generic code, workflows and development components.

Managed Hosting

The first month after public launch is included. From the second month, Haymaker Managed Hosting is £19.99/month if the customer wants Haymaker to continue hosting and managing deployment of the website.

Managed Hosting includes secure HTTPS/SSL, deployment management, routine technical upkeep and keeping the Haymaker-managed site online. It does not include routine content changes.

Managed Hosting is not intended to create lock-in. If the customer does not want to continue, Haymaker can provide the agreed website backup and reasonable transfer information after all outstanding project fees are paid.

Haymaker Care

Haymaker Care is £39.99/month and includes Managed Hosting plus up to two small website amendments each month. Examples include changing opening hours, replacing a photograph, correcting wording, updating a price or adding a short notice.

Unused amendments do not roll over. New pages, redesigns, new forms, new functionality and substantial content work are outside the small-amendment allowance and may require a separate quote.

Approval and results

The customer is responsible for checking the private preview and approving business information, contact details, supplied assets and content before public launch. Basic SEO setup does not guarantee rankings, traffic, enquiries or sales.

Formal agreement

For accepted projects, the Haymaker Client Service Agreement and accepted quote form the detailed contract. If there is a conflict between this general website summary and an accepted project agreement or quote, the project-specific written terms take priority.
